This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made on DaniellaRo.com (operated by Daniella Ro, LLC) and applies to all jewelry and services offered through our website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders – Final Sale
Due to the artisan and custom nature of many of our pieces — including custom-made, engraved, bespoke, and made-to-order jewelry — all such orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production begins.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Engraved or personalized jewelry

Custom birth chart pieces or bespoke designs

Custom-sized rings and bespoke engagement/wedding jewelry
-
One-of-a-kind creations
Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations are not possible.
2. Ready-to-Ship / Non-Custom Jewelry
For eligible non-custom, ready-to-ship items:
Return Eligibility:

You must request a return within 7 days of delivery date.

The jewelry must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all documentation.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, email our team at: hello@daniellaro.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved Returns:

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces

Sale or promotional items marked as final sale

Gift cards
-
Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

Items returned without prior authorization
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for eligible non-custom items may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and meet return conditions (unworn, original packaging).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@daniellaro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Your order number
Once verified, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged.

We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

Daniella Ro is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Refund/Store Credit Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Store credit will be applied to your account and communicated via email.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
For custom orders once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
9. Jewelry Variations & Craftsmanship
Because each piece is handcrafted using precious metals and natural stones:

Slight variations in color, pattern, and finish are expected.

These natural variations are not considered defects.
