Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take until my order is shipped?
Each piece is made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 20 business days (excluding holidays) for production. We only ship pieces once they meet our quality standards. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not reduce production time.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All shipments are fully insured. For legal and insurance purposes, shipment values reflect the full cost of the jewelry and cannot be altered.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What if I need my order by a specific date?
If you have a specific delivery timeline, please contact us at hello@daniellaro.com. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, expedited production cannot be guaranteed.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Yes. All orders require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes. Jewelry is never left unattended. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt delivery again the following day. You may also contact FedEx or UPS to reroute your package or hold it at a local office for pickup.
Taxes & Payments
Am I charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within the state of Arizona.
Returns, Cancellations & Repairs
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@daniellaro.com within 24 hours of delivery to receive a repair authorization. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns unless damaged upon arrival.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your piece is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate repair arrangements. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Daniella Ro is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Birth Chart Jewelry
Why does my chart look different from other websites?
Many birth charts include excessive technical data that is not essential for daily guidance or artistic interpretation. At Daniella Ro, we focus on highlighting the most meaningful planetary elements while creating a visually refined, wearable design. Each chart is designed to be both a piece of art and a personal heirloom.
What information do you need to create my chart?
To accurately create your birth chart, we require your birth date, exact birth time (greater accuracy yields better results), and place of birth.
